Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of all IOT Soft products and services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using any IOT Soft product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately and contact us for a refund (subject to the refund policy below).
2. Our Services
IOT Soft provides SaaS (Software as a Service) products including HotelQR, Gym Manager, School Bell, and others, as well as IoT hardware products under the Jenix and QR Unlock brands. Services may be offered on a subscription basis or as one-time purchases.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed at the time of sign-up.
- Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period and are due within 7 days.
- Late payment may result in temporary suspension of the service.
- Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate and are not prorated for early cancellation.
- Free trial periods, where offered, begin on the activation date and end automatically.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and wallets. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
IOT Soft reserves the right to cancel a subscription (with 7 days' notice) if the account is found to be in violation of these terms.
6. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partially used months.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of initial purchase and have not actively used the product, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued after 7 days.
Hardware products (Jenix / QR Unlock): Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
To request a refund, email jenixindia@gmail.com with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer our software, resell access to third parties without written permission, use our services for illegal activities, or attempt to breach security measures.
8. Data Ownership
Your business data belongs to you. We act as data processors on your behalf. Upon cancellation, you may request a data export within 30 days. After 60 days post-cancellation, data may be permanently deleted.
9. Uptime and Service Levels
We target 99% monthly uptime for all SaaS products. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (internet providers, payment gateways, etc.).
10. Limitation of Liability
IOT Soft's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
