Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partially used months. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not actively used the product, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued after 7 days of purchase.

Free trial periods: No charges are made during a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically as per your selected plan.

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain full access until that date.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Damaged or used products are not eligible for return.

• Your invoice number or order ID
• Reason for the refund request
• Your registered email or phone number

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window (annual) or mid-month (monthly)
• Services already fully rendered or consumed
• Custom development work once delivered
• Accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms & Conditions

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds are initiated from our end and processed by Razorpay back to your original payment source (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet).
