IOT Soft (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software and IoT product company based in India. We operate iotsoft.in and associated products including HotelQR, Gym Manager, School Bell, Jenix, and QR Unlock.

From business clients (subscription holders): Name, email address, phone number, business name, city. Collected when signing up or being onboarded by our team.

From end users of our products: Usage data relevant to the specific product (e.g. orders placed in HotelQR, attendance records in School Bell). We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

From website visitors: We may collect standard server logs including IP address and browser user-agent. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or invasive analytics.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. We receive only a transaction confirmation and masked payment reference from Razorpay.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data is stored on secure servers hosted in India (or regulated cloud providers with Indian data centres). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only. All administrative access is logged and audited.

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Razorpay — for payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
• WhatsApp / Twilio — if you opt in to WhatsApp notifications
• Legal requirements — if required by Indian law or a court order

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing jenixindia@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 business days.

If you are a business client, note that certain data may be retained for legal and financial record-keeping as required under Indian law (e.g. GST records for 7 years).

Our main website (iotsoft.in) uses minimal cookies — only what is necessary for the site to function (e.g. authentication session cookies for logged-in admin users). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Our services are intended for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. School Bell collects student attendance data on behalf of schools, who are responsible for appropriate parental consent under their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify existing clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
